Founder of Miami Credit Repair, Leo Gonzalez has worked in the credit repair industry since 2018.
His own experience with financial challenges inspired him to build a service focused on helping consumers better understand their credit reports, identify information that deserves further review, and approach their credit with a more organized strategy.
His approach combines practical experience, technology, credit education, and structured follow-up to make the credit repair process clearer and easier to understand.
Understanding what is being reported on your credit is the first step toward making more informed financial decisions.
— Leo GonzalezTwo costs: our service + your credit monitoring.
Most clients work with us 3–6 months, but every file is unique. Bureaus take 21–30 days to respond each round, and some cases need extra documentation.
Credit repair isn’t a “quick fix”—it’s like the gym: consistent effort, real results.
Yes. There’s no contract and no cancellation fee. You can cancel even minutes after enrolling.
The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) lets you dispute items on your reports. Bureaus must investigate and remove anything that isn’t accurate, complete, or verifiable.
The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) sets rules for collectors. Violations can help us challenge how a debt is being reported.
We help you understand and improve your credit. For negatives, we challenge anything inaccurate, incomplete, or unverified. For thin files, we guide you on building credit with smart products and habits.
We dispute items that hurt your scores. Deletions can occur when accounts are inaccurate, incomplete, unverified, or when there’s no timely response from furnishers/bureaus.
Yes. We follow the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA): no upfront fees, no fake promises, and you can cancel anytime.
Those apps don’t integrate all three bureaus into our system. We need a full monitoring account. If you already use SmartCredit, Credit Hero Score, IdentityIQ, or PrivacyGuard, we can use that. We often recommend Credit Hero Score for cost/value.
We’re not a telemarketing company, and we don’t do cold calls. During enrollment, you authorize us to review your reports and discuss your case—aligned with the TSR.
Sign-up takes about 5 minutes.
About every 30 days your portal refreshes with new scores and changes. We also email progress, and bureaus mail responses. Prefer phone? Call us every 30 days—happy to talk.
We’re transparent, law-compliant, and easy to reach. We educate upfront so there are no surprises, and our pricing is fair. You’ll find 5-star feedback across social and Trustpilot. If it’s ever not a fit, we’ll respectfully part ways—no drama.

We value honesty—no hype. We work with clients who understand the process and want real results.
Like a doctor or lawyer, we review your case first—then act within the law.
Lawsuits and repayment plans require an attorney or direct work with the creditor. Credit reporting and owing debt are separate: paying a debt doesn’t automatically delete its history, and a deletion doesn’t erase the debt itself.
We challenge negatives such as late payments, charge-offs, collections, bankruptcies, and more when they’re unverified, inaccurate, incomplete, or not responded to in time under FCRA/FDCPA.
Online forms often send a simple “not mine” flag and can limit future disputes. We build stronger, document-backed cases and track responses round-by-round. Whether DIY or with us, always mail documents and keep a paper trail.
Sometimes a sold collection gets re-reported by a new collector. If previously unverified, we work to show it’s duplicate/invalid. It’s not the same account “coming back,” but it can look that way.
Not automatically. Collections/charge-offs can still report up to 7 years. Whether to pay a collector is a legal/financial decision—consult an attorney. Our focus is removing errors and violations impacting your scores.
No one can guarantee outcomes in advance (CROA). Like hiring a lawyer, you hire us to attempt to improve your situation using laws and documentation.
Your card is billed monthly on (or near) the date you enrolled, after work is completed. You’ll get reminder emails ahead of time.
We email you 7 and 3 days before your due date. If a payment fails, you’ll receive a secure update link. You can also email support@miamicreditrepair.org (Mon–Fri, 9–5 EST).
We don’t charge to start, and you can cancel before a new month begins. Once a month’s disputes are processed, we can’t reverse bureau investigations or refund that month’s work.
Yes. We only see the last 4 digits for verification—full details are tokenized and hidden from us.
Absolutely. To keep lines open for case-specific needs, our support number is for enrolled clients. If a quick question wasn’t answered here, email support@miamicreditrepair.org (Mon–Fri, 9–5 EST).
If it sounds too good to be true… it usually is. We follow the law, not hype. Real work takes rounds and documentation.
Scores drop when negatives are added (missed payments, hard inquiries, charge-offs/collections, high utilization, new debt/shorter age). Reviewing your credit with us does not add a hard inquiry.
Ask away. Click the chat bubble or email support@miamicreditrepair.org. We reply the same business day (Mon–Fri, 9–5 EST). Check spam if you don’t see a reply.
No. CROA prohibits upfront service fees. Compliance matters more than shortcuts.
Our process is 100% online for speed and security. Enrolled customers have our support number for quick 3–5 minute calls from home.
